Charlotte Bow Floral Midi Dress

How darling is this floral dress!? And that BOW!!! The material is a nice soft otton fabric that has lining underneath. One of our favorite parts of this dress is the stretchy smocking on the back and the beautiful flutter sleeves. It features elastic over the shoulders and an adorable sweetheart neckline with a small slit off the center.
